Preparation
- Warm your tortilla in a dry skillet for 10 to 15 seconds per side until pliable.
- Spread your sauce in a thin, even layer near the edge of the tortilla.
- Lay lettuce first to create a barrier, then add turkey slices.
- Add avocado on top of turkey and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Top with onion, tomato, cucumber or peppers, and cheese if using.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly away from you, pressing gently to keep it snug.
- Slice in half for easier eating or leave whole if you're on the move.
Notes
For meal prep, keep wet ingredients away from the tortilla. Store tomatoes separately if needed. A firm tuck while rolling helps keep the wrap tight.
