Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and Lipton onion soup mix.
- Add the eggs, bread crumbs, milk, and ketchup/BBQ sauce to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together using your hands until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
- Brush extra ketchup on top if desired.
Cooking
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can customize the meatloaf with shredded cheese, sautéed vegetables, or gluten-free alternatives. Great for leftovers.
