  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix Essential for flavor.
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs Old bread or store-bought works well.
  • 2 Eggs Helps to bind the meatloaf.
  • 1/4 cup Milk Keeps the meatloaf moist.
  • Ketchup or BBQ sauce For mixing and topping Adjust amount to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and Lipton onion soup mix.
  3. Add the eggs, bread crumbs, milk, and ketchup/BBQ sauce to the bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients together using your hands until well combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
  6. Brush extra ketchup on top if desired.
Cooking
  1. Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  2. Allow the meatloaf to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize the meatloaf with shredded cheese, sautéed vegetables, or gluten-free alternatives. Great for leftovers.
