Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Sizzle cubed chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- Add the vegetables to the same pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Cooking
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a splash of water.
- Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken and vegetables in the pan.
- Let it bubble together for 2 minutes until everything is glossy.
- Serve over rice or directly from the pan.
Notes
For tender chicken, toss with a bit of cornstarch before cooking. High heat is key; don’t crowd the pan. Feel free to substitute with shrimp, tofu, or beef for variety.
