- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and mix in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a generous spoon of the beef and shredded cheese in the center.
- Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
- Arrange the wrapped dough on a lined baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush the tops generously with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parmesan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with garlic butter again while hot.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, brush the tops with melted butter twice. These bombs are customizable; experiment with fillings like jalapeño, mozzarella, onions, or even bacon. Great for parties, they can be made ahead of time and reheated.
