  • 1 can Canned biscuit dough Homemade dough is fine if you prefer.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Feel free to experiment with other cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For the topping.
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted For brushing the tops.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, and mix in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a generous spoon of the beef and shredded cheese in the center.
  4. Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
  5. Arrange the wrapped dough on a lined baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. Brush the tops generously with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parmesan.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with garlic butter again while hot.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, brush the tops with melted butter twice. These bombs are customizable; experiment with fillings like jalapeño, mozzarella, onions, or even bacon. Great for parties, they can be made ahead of time and reheated.
