Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Brush both sides of the fillets with the garlic butter sauce and place them on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Finish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice, slaw, or roasted vegetables. Thinner fillets may need less cooking time. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
