  • 2 cups Crispy chicken nuggets Cooked according to package instructions or homemade.
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado Diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Or your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Crunchy onions For added texture.
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Honey mustard dressing Homemade or store-bought.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the crispy chicken nuggets according to package instructions or your homemade recipe.
  2. While the nuggets cook, chop the romaine lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and dice the avocado.
  3. Mix the chopped vegetables together in a large bowl.
Assembly
  1. Once the nuggets are cooked, cut them in half and add them to the salad.
  2. Toss the salad with honey mustard dressing, being careful not to make the nuggets soggy.
  3. Top with shredded cheddar and crunchy onions before serving.
